The civic movement “Yes, we can!” is fighting for local elections in two rounds, for legality and transparency. The lawyer Cătălin Dima filed a request to annul the government decisions regarding the organization of the partial elections on December 7, and the Bucharest Court of Appeal rejected it on Tuesday, November 18. The reasoning for the rejection is awaited, in order to file an appeal for a final ruling at the High Court of Cassation and Justice (ICCJ).
